Shiloh is the son of Aibu and Azora's Oracle, bred by Sanara.
He is a member of Ajabu's original band of miscreants in the East Lower North Forest, the rare wolf in a group of large cats. He is the caretaker of the band when Isis is absent, helping the younger ones with food, shelter, and the like.
He ran away from home when his parents were forced into Shiva's slavery chains. He couldn't bear to have the same fate, so he fled to the woods, where whispers of Ajabu's runaway gang pointed.
